you can do one of two things

either go to  system > command line > configure

and give a description in the first box then type cat /sbin/fw_upgrade in the second box then save and apply, this will allow you to run the command which just list the fw_upgrade script

or
you can do it throught the ssh and run the command cat /sbin/fw_upgrade at the ssh prompt, if you are not into the command line then use the first method.
