This issue wasn't with the script, but with the image.

Gnomad was using an image that I had made that included Suricata in addition to Snort.  One of the dependencies for Suricata was the file command, which isn't needed or included when i built with just Snort.  No file command = no workie.

I also need to add some other directories into the image, because Gnomad removed my snort.tgz file which put some stuff in there :D  And, I'll need to fix an issue with the snort config. I'll put up a new image here in a bit
