Help Updating shield

Hi, trying to update new shield I got on eBay  I've been following the post by Turrican  http://itus.accessinnov.com/Easy-guide-to-updating-your-Shield-from-1-51-SP1-to-the-latest-Hotfixes-etc-td1037.html

but I keep getting this error

Hi, I used a different ssh talent  I'm up to v1.51 SP1 + Hotfix Mar 9 but I have few question  looking at  Turrican Tutorials

 I think need to do the following? I see 8.3.1 but were at 8.3.3

Now install the latest fw_upgrade script (v8.3.1) which have been updated with the latest files downloaded from Github 23/05/2016:

Issue this command:

touch /.shield_mode

That should clear that error in your log.

Thanks  user8446 looks like it fixed also I have   v1.51 SP1 + Hotfix Mar 9 Version 8.3.1 /sbin/fw_upgrade  what is the next update  I should do?

Can't quite recall the best way to update to 8.3.3 Breda.  Check this post, it gives instructions to update to 8.3.3

Hi, Turrican Sorry I have not tried the update yet trying to update the Snort version http://itus.accessinnov.com/Snort-version-updates-td1410.html but haveing problems also wanted to ask  the Easy guide to update your Shield from 1.51 SP1 to the latest Hotfixes etc. is there way to use your wget command with URL to update to 8.3.3? like you have in your Tutorial  http://itus.accessinnov.com/Easy-guide-to-updating-your-Shield-from-1-51-SP1-to-the-latest-Hotfixes-etc-td1037.html

Not sure really, just to clarify, that was basically a summary of the relevant bits from harpissinghs tutorial. I'm no exprert, just piecing things together to make this box work :)

Have been using an update 8.3.5 since Feb but then got distracted with work and forgot all about it, additional  menus added and fix several bugs, will release when i get some time.
