My box might be dead

1TUS
I noticed my internet cut out and the LEDs on the box had no power. I unplugged and plugged the box back several times. Now there are no lights coming on. Box has been running flawless the last few years. Is my box toast? Any last ditch ideas? Appreciate anyone's input. Thanks.

I bet it's just the power supply. Did you check it?

You were right. I went to a bigger power supply like the one for the old Linksys routers. I hope It's not too much power and I fry it. But now, I can't seem to access the user interface. I'm going to have to go through the console port if I can't get in

OK back up and running. Thanks for the advice. Looks like the power supply did fail. You think I will have any issues using the Linksys power supply?

What does the specs say on the linksys power supply? You want exactly 12VDC for voltage and at least 800mA for current.
